November 30-The Lord is my Strength!

WOW, what an awesome day at LOVE Ministries in Leland where I was honored to give my testimony today.
This church is the very definition of praise and worship and I got to be a part of it, I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door, and at ease when it came time for me to go up to the front (facing all those people!) and I wasn’t even nervous. What God calls you to do he will provide whatever it is you need to do it, and he did! Now as all of you know, I have never had a problem speaking my mind(or talking for that matter) but giving my testimony carries a great responsibility because I am trying to tell people what God has and continues to do for me, I want them to understand and see that with God it is possible to endure any trial we may face. Which brings me to this, if you have confessed a sin or sins to the Father why do you then go back and pick up that sin and beat yourself with it? I mean really? Did you believe that your confessed sin was forgiven? If you did then LET IT GO. The only one that wants you relieving that sin is Satan and I know that you don’t want him to have that kind of power over you! You’ve been forgiven, Satan loses, enough said. Besides if you’re like me there will be plenty more sins to confess as time goes by, we are not perfect but we are forgiven.
It was said this morning that we all have a testimony and should share that testimony, this is true because if you keep it to yourself how will others know what God has done for you? Don’t you want people to know how awesome our God is? Bumper stickers, t-shirts, hats and tattoos are a statement not a testimony!! I can tell you that giving my testimony today set me free from fear and allowed me to do what I know I have been called to do, tell anyone that will listen about God’s grace, mercy and love. I don’t know how long God plans to use me but I do know that I want to be used and I’m willing to step out of my comfort zone to honor him. I pray that you will find your voice and trust God to provide the courage. A big thank you to Jimmy,Lee and LOVE Ministries for having me today and for their continued prayers for me and my family, we are praying for you as well.

God Bless you all,
Robyn
